Mr. Getman helped found NEO Markets™ to create an open, innovative and customer driven energy marketplace.

Before leading NEO Markets™ he was President and CEO of HoustonStreet, a leading domestic electronic exchange of physical crude oil, NGLs, refined products, ethanol and grains.

Mr. Getman also serves as President and CEO of BayCorp Holdings, Ltd., a merchant energy company that is part of the Tavistock Group (, the private investment company of Joe Lewis. In 2005, Mr. Getman led a management buyout of BayCorp, with Tavistock acting as the main equity sponsor. BayCorp owns and operates renewable power generation and natural gas and oil production assets.

Under his tenure, BayCorp has launched the leading utility scale biomass power development company in the country, American Renewables, LLC (, and a leading renewable energy, food waste-to-energy company, NEO Energy, LLC (

Mr. Getman served as a Director of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, an independent, non-partisan think tank focused on state and local public policy issues that affect quality of life in New Hampshire, and Chairman of the Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the school board of Saint Patrick School in Portsmouth, NH.

He also previously worked as an attorney with the Boston-based law firm Hale and Dorr, LLP. Mr. Getman holds a joint J.D./M.B.A from Boston College and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Tufts University.


Mr. Collins helped pioneer NEO Markets™ after leading successful exchanges and trading desks in derivative and commodity markets.

Before leading NEO Markets™, Mr. Collins served as the president of the New York Mercantile Exchange – the largest commodity exchange in the world. He led NYMEX to an initial S & P credit rating of A++, its recognition by Energy Risk magazine as the 2004 "Exchange of the Year" and its creation of Clearport Clearing - the first commercially successful OTC clearing platform.

Mr. Collins also founded MotherRock—a $500 million hedge fund specializing in energy derivatives trading, which closed in 2007. In 2008 he was also a founding partner in a new exchange and clearinghouse – International Derivatives Clearing Group (IDCG) – in partnership with NASDAQ, which was recently sold to LCH Clearnet.

Before leading NYMEX, Mr. Collins served as senior vice president at El Paso Merchant Energy, where he was the head derivatives trader in natural gas. He has also served as an options market maker on the trading floor at NYMEX and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Collins has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A & M University.


John used his experience in online trading technologies to create the engine that drives NEO Markets™.

Mr. Wyman served as the chief technology officer at HoustonStreet and worked to position it as a technology leader in the energy markets. He led development of a new HoustonStreet trading platform that allowed the exchange to expand into window trading, biofuels, and NYMEX cleared markets.

Before working for Neo Markets™ and HoustonStreet, Mr. Wyman was a founding partner with DirecTrade—an online equities brokerage and trading business. He led the design, architecture and development of the company's proprietary online trading solution.

Mr. Wyman was the founder and president of Engineered Information Systems, Inc. and has held management and technical positions at MCI Communications Corporation, Softbridge Microsystems, Inc. and Coordination Technology, Inc. Mr. Wyman studied computer science at Iona College and the University of New Haven.
